Welcome to Lord Photo. Please read these terms of use (“Terms”) carefully. They contain (a) the General Terms of Service (Terms and Conditions) which govern your use of and access to all of our website, mobile sites and mobile applications (collectively, our “Sites and Applications”), as well as our provision of products and Services.
Home delivery and in-store pickup of orders!
Starting November 17, we are happy to offer free delivery on all orders over $50 before taxes. This promotion applies to photo orders from the laboratory, photo gifts and photographic equipment. *
Your package will be in good hands! Free delivery is carried out via Expedited Canada Post and delivery times may vary between 3 to 10 days during certain busier periods.
We will take care of sending you a tracking number via email and you will be able to track it. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can contact us at any time at purchases@lordphoto.ca or by phone at 450-348-7569.
For more urgent packages, we work with Purolator service between 24 and 48 hours. The fee for photo finishing is $24.99 and for photographic equipment the fee is $29.99.*
Note that estimated times begin when your package is on its way home!
For photo finishing, some items may take up to 10 days to produce. Please rely on the production time note indicated for each product.
For photographic equipment, we will process your order the same day and prepare it for shipment. Please note that companies do not collect packages on Saturday and Sunday.
In-store pickup is secure and free! This is also the opportunity for us to explain the chosen merchandise to you and suggest the accessories necessary for proper operation!

Monday to Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*Transport costs are taxable. This excludes overweight products such as printers, studio backdrops and certain cameras and studio equipment. We will contact you if this is the case and offer you a solution for these types of products.
Lord Photo inc. makes it its duty to provide impeccable customer service. Indeed, we want your complete satisfaction. This is why we would like to inform you that all merchandise is exchangeable or refundable within ten (10) days following the date of purchase. Certain conditions apply.

You also have the option of coming to the store to return your merchandise. Make sure you have your invoice on hand and meet all reimbursement conditions to avoid unnecessary travel. We are located at 45, boulevard Saint-Luc in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
All our new products come with the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty.
Any warranty is limited depending on the distributor and product category. Distributor warranties only cover manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any damage or breakage caused by an external element.
Any product under warranty from the manufacturer is sent to its repair center for processing. Shipping and handling costs ($20) will be borne by the customer.
Any used product sold by Lord Photo comes with a three (3) month parts and labor warranty following purchase.
The guarantees do not cover rental costs, losses caused following a defect and any other collateral damage.
