Your piece of photo or video equipment has stopped working or seems defective, let us check it and validate the problem in store. Whether it is a (digital) device, a lens or another part of your equipment, entrust us with the service of your equipment.

Even if we do not have a repair technician, we will try with the equipment on hand to diagnose the problem. We do not do on-site repairs but we offer the estimated service if the device is out of warranty and of course. If your device is under warranty and was purchased from us, we will ship it to the supplier for tracking. If your device was purchased elsewhere and is still under manufacturer warranty, we will perform the service for you and only shipping costs will be charged.

For devices out of warranty, the estimated cost is $69.99 +taxes including transportation to the supplier where the repair will be carried out.
